"This hotel was absolutely beautiful—spotless, well maintained, and perfectly located. I loved everything about my stay, and the New Year’s Eve party was hands down the best in the city. It was an incredible experience and well worth attending. My only minor critique is the “black tie optional” dress code. While many guests dressed elegantly and truly elevated the atmosphere, there were several attendees in very casual attire, such as jeans and sweatpants, which detracted from the formal experience others made the effort to enjoy—especially given the cost of the event. A more clearly enforced dress code would enhance an otherwise exceptional evening."

"Well, what can we say, just returned home from a week at the Knic, simply superb. Checked in within minutes which was lovely after a long wait at security at JFK. Instantly offered free cookies/sweets/drinks and our luggage met us at our suite. Suite was beautiful, spacious, modern and oozed luxury. Beds were lovely and clean and comfy! Received a text from front desk letting us know if we needed anything at all, at anytime - to just text them! Used this a couple of times and response was instant! Even being on the 15th floor you could hear the NYC soundtrack below, urging us to get out and adventure! Great location right on Times Square, with subway access, Bryant Park, Macys etc all within a 5minute walk. Room service food was lovely and well priced, Jakes has a lovely vibe to enjoy a coffee and some light eats. With free coffee in the lobby on a morning, grabbing one and stepping outside to watch a quieter NYC start coming to life, is a must. Doormen were always on hand for help with taxi's, bags or lift service - always greeted with a smile. The best hotel i have stayed in, in NYC hands down and only now being at home writing this can we appreciate just exactly how good the hotel and service, were. Thank you guys and we hope to see you again in the near future 🙌"

"Perfect location to come watch some shows on Broadway, spend time in Bryant Park, and just casually get everywhere without a need for taxis or the subway. Service was top notch, Akoya and St Cloud were phenomenal for the view & food. Only complaint was our room blackout curtain didn't work and made sleeping rough with all the outside lights/screens on the buildings and the shower door wouldn't shut fully so it leaked everywhere in the bathroom each time - a towel can only do so much!"
