What Guests Are Saying

“We checked into the Four Seasons NYC Downtown yesterday and have had an amazing experience. The room was clean and well furnished and we had a view of the WTC from the 15th floor. We had dinner at Cut last night with my son and his other graduate friends. Everyone loved their steaks which they said were the best they’ve had. Other standouts were the scallops and the cauliflower- amazing! But the best part of our trip was meeting Vash Mungur who anticipated our every need! He helped prepare us for everything we needed on graduation day in the 90 degree weather (no A/C at the graduation venue.) He made our stay so much more enjoyable and pleasant and was so solicitous- providing us with Gatorade drinks, a disposable camera and an adorable graduate plush toy! We will definitely be back to stay here! Thank you to Vash and your wonderful team.” — Ashely, 5 stars

“What more than a big thank you to all after a week spent here. From doorman to reception , from arrival to departure. the Four Seasons is the only Hotel that doesn’t make you want to come home. From years to travel the world , in superb and luxury hotels but none equals the Four seasons . Whatever my request it was managed with a smile and efficiency. The kindness of the staff is amazing. Everything is comfortable. Quiet and both in the energy of the city. What is certain is that I would return to New York only for the pleasure of staying here. Great location , and well decorated. Don’t change anything. A thousand thanks to you.” — Melendre, 5 stars

“This is the best hotel in NYC. I have stayed at so many upscale 5 star hotels in the city and this one is absolutely a notch above all of them. The FS has amazing service, pristine rooms, quiet… it’s an oasis! The staff are all friendly and not intrusive. The food is delicious.” — MelNYCer, 5 stars

"Just returned home. Our stay at the Four Seasons overall was 5 stars. Very accommodating in checking us in earlier than 3pm. And granting our request for late checkout as our transportation plans were delayed. We love the new tech way of communicating. Advance text message a few days prior to check in. And the ongoing communication on text platform assures effective communication without stress. Also use of the tablet in the room is an additional bonus for communicating. Hopefully, Four Seasons will consider the perks the company use to offer for the “cost” per room. The house car in my opinion is truly the luxury feel or the cherry on top that sets a luxury hotel apart compared to others . Not sure if FS can pitch a tier plan to offer to their guests . Room service is extremely pricey at least $10-$12 more than the norm although good quality food.. The Spa prices are a bit pricey. We had to opt for spa services off property because it was a little too pricey for a massage. The rooms are spotless, the soaking tub is amazing!!!! If FS would consider medium firm Foam Mattresses for the future, makes the body feel better. Overall our stay was pleasant and we thank you for our anniversary amenity 🙏"

"While the hotel is located a bit away from the main Midtown bustle, we found the location ideal as there is so much to explore in the immediate area. The view from our room was also incredibly pleasant, offering a great perspective of the city. We were able to visit the World Trade Center and its incredibly moving and informative museum, as well as Mercer Labs. We also took a trip to the Statue of Liberty via Battery Park, which is just a short distance away, and of course, walked through Wall Street to see the Charging Bull. For shopping and dining, the neighborhood has some great spots. We particularly enjoyed Eataly, where you can buy authentic Italian products or enjoy a delicious lunch on-site. The hotel amenities are top-notch. The indoor pool is impressive, and having steam rooms located directly in the changing rooms was a real treat, perfect for relaxing after a cold, busy day of sightseeing. A special mention goes to Assiya, who took wonderful care of us from A to Z. Her attention to detail made our stay even more memorable. Another beautiful experience with Four Seasons. We will be back!"
