“We have just returned from a Mother’s Day weekend at the Langham NYC and we had a wonderful stay. We had two rooms with a private hallway and club level access and the club level selections exceeded our expectations. The service was impeccable and the hotel was clean and beautiful. The rooms were large by NYC standards and had lots of closet space as well. Bathrooms were also large and impressive. The employees in the lobby from the concierge to the bellhops and doormen work tirelessly to ensure you have a five star stay and the hotels location is central to everything. “Had a fantastic City Break in NYC. The Langham was a great mid-town base. We had a Club executive Suite which was huge and very nice. Our party also had a Club Executive King which was also pretty roomy. Access to the Club was a real highlight. The hotel kindly provided a bottle of Champers and Chocolate covered Strawberries form my wife’s Birthday and the staff were all helpful and friendly. We only had one Dinner in the hotel which could have been better to be honest, but eating out in NY is one of the main reasons for going. “This was an excellent choice for a quick stop in New York on our way to stay with family. The welcome was warm and friendly, and there was plenty of assistance with bags getting into and out of taxis. The lobby is not going to win any awards for design or style and is quite small, but everything worked well. The room was very comfortable, and well laid out. "Our stay at The Langham, New York was nothing short of exceptional. We stayed in a junior Suite with a direct view of the Empire State Building, and honestly, it felt like stepping into a movie scene. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and flooded with natural light — but the view stole the show. Waking up to the Empire State Building right outside our window was surreal. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. One of the highlights was having access to the Langham Club, an elegant and quiet space where we could unwind, enjoy complimentary food and drinks, and take a break from the city’s energy. It added such a luxurious touch to the whole experience. And of course, the location… perfection. Situated on Fifth Avenue, the hotel puts you right in the heart of Manhattan. We were within walking distance of major attractions, great restaurants, and some of the best shopping in the city. It made exploring New York incredibly easy and enjoyable. Everything — the room, the view, the service, the amenities, the location — came together to create a truly unforgettable stay. We genuinely had the perfect experience at The Langham and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. It’s the kind of hotel that elevates your entire trip."

View on Google"I loved, loved, loved my stay here. I stayed here almost ten years ago, and it’s still on my list of the most memorable and extraordinary rooms I’ve stayed in. The rooms are so gorgeous and ridiculously spacious for NYC. The bathroom feels luxurious. The bedding was wonderful. Plenty of hotels in NYC give you the NYC experience of cramped quarters, but the Langham lets you experience NYC in immense comfort."

I would just like to say a few words about this place it is amazing. their hot chocolate is so good. Their croissants are so good and and their soup is amazing. I would also like to mention Albert and Florien. They were sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo nice. They did every thing for us and he made jokes with us.I would highly recommend coming back.my name is Carter and I’m nine years old."
