View on Google"I visited the bar at the Beekman Thompson in New York City, and the experience was polished, elegant, and genuinely enjoyable. The atmosphere had that classic, upscale New York charm—warm lighting, beautiful architecture, and a comfortable vibe that made it easy to settle in for a relaxed evening. The service was attentive and smooth, with staff who made sure we had everything we needed without hovering. We ordered drinks that were well-balanced, beautifully crafted, and arrived quickly, which really added to how seamless the night felt. We also tried the profiterole, and while the pastry itself was light and tasty, it didn’t come with any chocolate sauce, which was a small disappointment. Still, the overall quality of the bar, the presentation, and the ambiance more than made up for it. The space worked perfectly for conversation, and despite being a stylish spot, it never felt overcrowded or chaotic. Overall, it’s a great place for a classy night out—solid drinks, thoughtful service, a luxurious atmosphere, and the kind of setting that makes an evening feel special even with a small hiccup."

From the atmosphere to the design, everything is stunning. It is one of those places that truly blows you away the moment you walk in. We were celebrating our anniversary and received a complimentary upgrade to a corner suite, which was such a lovely surprise. The room was large for a New York hotel room and the interior sound proofing was great, although you can still hear some of the street noise. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary doughnuts, coffee and apple cider were delicious. They also gave us two drink tickets for the historical first floor bar, which was such a fun touch and the cocktails were amazing. I highly recommend The Beekman if you want a stay that feels luxurious and memorable. The photo I am adding speaks for itself."
