"We loved our stay. The rooms were very comfortable, even the sofa bed was great. They were also very clean. Our room terrace was amazing, with a stunning Brooklyn Bridge and city views. The location is supreme, very close to public transport of every kind. The staff was very friendly and accepting. We felt very welcomed and safe ☺️ The only problem we felt was the lack of efficient room dining service. There is a restaurant you can dine in, but it was almost always unavailable with long waiting times. As we traveled with a baby and dining in is rarely an option 😅, it would provide us with additional comfort."

View on Google"Had a great stay at this hotel! The location is convenient for exploring some touristy sites and there are several cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is in the smaller end so there aren’t as many amenities as other hotels in NYC, but they make up for it with quality of service. Everyone interacted with who works here was such a gem, specifically Michelle at reception. Thanks for a lovely, snowy weekend in the city!"

View on Google"my son and i stayed at 33 over his fall break. we really enjoyed • The Staff – from the doorman to the front desk and the bar to the cleaning staff everyone was cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful. • The Room – it was nice to have some room to stretch in the City. that’s unusual. the volume of the room and the design was really cool. • The Location – being on the water near the Brooklyn Bridge was terrific. We took advantage of the ferries, walked the Bridge and found the subway station w no issues. • The Food – the food was solid. We really enjoyed sitting in the restaurant with some apps & drinks after a big walking adventure with all of the natural light and breeze off the water The manager, Kyle, has built a great culture. It's a rare thing to find such a solid team invested in their work and a terrific customer experience."
