“We can’t say enough good about this hotel and their wonderful, dedicated staff! We recently stayed here with our grandsons and had a truly terrific experience. As we were getting ready to check out, we realized we couldn’t find the winter jacket of one of our grandsons. Housekeeping helped us try to find it, but we were unable to, and eventually needed to get on the road. Management and Housekeeping reached out the very next day to say they’d found a jacket — unfortunately not ours — but they didn’t stop there. A few days later, they contacted us again to let us know they had found another jacket, and this time it was ours! Lily and the housekeeping staff were exceptional throughout: they stayed in touch, sent photos, and were consistently responsive and kind. Their dedication, follow-through, and genuine care were beyond impressive and reflect outstanding customer service. A big shout out to their wonderful communication, hard work, and amazing dedication! On top of that, our room was terrific, the hotel breakfast was excellent, and the indoor pool (and the warm chocolate chip cookies!) were a huge hit with all of us. “Back in the area for work project, we opted to stay here again. Everything was just what we expect from Hilton properties, from warm cookies and professional staff at check in to a lovely, clean, comfortable room. “Tom” was especially helpful when I needed to correct my reservation when project date changed. Housekeepers were friendly and efficient. On-site restaurant is always a plus (the Windsor Room reviewed separately) as well as in-room coffee/tea and fresh-brewed in the lobby in the morning. "We had a wonderful stay here with our grandsons and can’t say enough good things about the staff — especially Lily and the Housekeeping staff. As we were getting ready to check out, we realized we couldn't find one of our grandson's winter jackets. Housekeeping helped us, but we were unable to locate it before we had to leave. Housekeeping contacted us the very next day to say they’d found a jacket (sadly not ours), but they didn’t stop there. A few days later, they reached out again to let us know they had found another jacket — and this time it was our grandson's! Throughout the process, Lily and the housekeeping staff stayed in touch, sent photos, and were consistently responsive, kind, and determined to help. That level of dedication and follow-through is truly exceptional and deserves real recognition. We can't thank them enough! As well, our room was terrific, the breakfast was excellent, and the indoor pool was a huge hit with the kids, as were the warm chocolate chip cookies! This hotel clearly takes pride in both its facilities and its people. We’re very grateful for the experience and would absolutely stay here again."

View on Google"Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The hotel was extremely comfortable, peaceful, and truly a great place to stay. The staff went above and beyond to be accommodating from the moment we arrived. We arrived very early, well before check-in, and although our room was not ready yet, the team had no problem securely storing our luggage for us all day until we returned later that evening. They were incredibly helpful and made the process effortless. After our stay, I accidentally left behind a charger and power bank that are very near and dear to our hearts. The staff was able to locate the items quickly and send them back to us safely. Christina, who works at the front desk, was especially amazing. She kept in constant communication, provided updates, and was so kind and attentive throughout the entire process. Overall, this is an outstanding team that truly cares about their guests. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."

View on Google"It was really a great surprise. Considering the price of a room in this area, this hotel is having a great quality/price ratio meaning quality is at least the same or even superior compared to hotel rooms at a similar price in this area. Room was very spacious, clean and well equipped with microwave, fridge and coffee machine. Nothing fancy in terms of design but good enough to feel comfortable. Speaking of which, bed mattresses are very comfortable with many soft pillows. Who does not love laying in bed for hours with 4 huge soft pillows, right? Staff at the reception is very friendly and relaxed. Very important: Free warm cookies at your arrival! Yummy! Fitness room is ok but needs a bit of love (missing yoga mat, treadmill belt needs to be replaced, missing accessories on the weight rack). Big pool and hot tub was great from what I heard. Same for the breakfast. Good thing as well, free parking! One minor thing was the early bird workers starting to make noise at 7.45am which is not great when you want to enjoy your comfy bed. So a 4.5-star rating for DoubleTree"
