“These negative customers are so dramatic. It was a clean and comfortable stay. The hotel has everything you need, standard hotel gym, pool, hot tub & laundry. All staff was pleasant. Shout out to the women at the cafe especially Jessnia? (I think that was her name), she was very friendly and made a great turkey sandwich. The front desk lady was also very pleasant, I can’t remember her name but she was working the morning of April 19th 2026. “Loved my experience working with the staff here! I was able to host a surprise 50th birthday dinner in the hotels Crystal room in April. The director Jasmine made everything easy. The front desk staff were equally as helpful and kind. Bathrooms, lobby, Crystal room- everything was very clean and pleasant. "We reserved a room block at this hotel for our wedding. Kathryn, Jasmine and all the staff at the hotel were so welcoming and wonderful. They were all lovely to work with and we greatly appreciated their prompt responses leading up to our wedding weekend. We stayed in the suite & it was great - very comfortable and roomy enough for our party to get ready in. Our guests enjoyed their stay too, and we liked having the cozy space in the lobby to spend some time together throughout the weekend."
