What Guests Are Saying

“I was somewhat hesitant booking this hotel due to previous reviews but due to price and location, I decided to give it a try. I am so glad that I did! It was a pleasant surprise. It was ideally located off the highway next to a convenience store/gas station for last minute essentials, just as importantly, it didn’t get highway noise. The pictures on the hotel website were current and accurate-showing a clean, modern hotel. My room was super clean, quiet and very comfortable! I was satisfied with the complimentary breakfast, no frills but good to start the day. The best part of the hotel was the staff. Cheyanne, the manager offered a genuine welcome. You could tell she cared a lot about the guest’s experience. Because of Cheyanne and all of the other staff, true hospitality was shown at Syracuse Grand.” — Sarah K., 5 stars

“Felicia was amazing at both check-in and check out. There was an issue with the keys and anytime we needed in and out of our room we needed assistance from staff. The major issue we had.was there was very limited toilet paper on the roll and no additional toilet paper or tissues provided in the room.” — Deanna B., 3 stars

“Was kinda bad no towels in pool room” — Tyrone H., 3 stars

"We were hesitant to book because of other reviews, but the room was clean, no smells, good location, good service. We checked in right away, nice comfy bed. It would have been a perfect stay minus all the rooms around us being filled with cheerleaders who woke up at 5am and loudly in the hallway. I wish we weren't put next to them or their parents told them to be quiet in the hall. Not the hotels fault."

"For the price, I was a little skeptical. But freshly remodeled hotel privately owned very nice little continental breakfast with bacon.Eggs, pancakes and then the basics and a nice indoor pool and hot tub staff was nice also. Great deli out front too."
