“The location was perfect for us because we were there to tour colleges and St. John’s University is very close by. While the hotel and rooms are a little small, it was well kept and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. When making a change online, I accidentally booked an extra room and the front desk clerk quickly resolved the issue without complaint or questions.
