What Guests Are Saying

“I’ve stayed here twice due to the location.Good: cookie on arrival, bed was comfortable and clean, hot coffee in the morning. The Bad: many Carpet stains. The suite area was dark, the furniture stained. The cabinet holding the fridge and microwave was missing 5 drawer hardware and looked hacked up. Room 203. The microwave wasn’t working well. A stationary drape was pulled down. The TV remote was slow to use. The heat would not come on, only a/c. This place needs a complete refresh as many have noted. If you like old and stale, you’ll love this place. Not worth the price even when discounted.” — Carol H., 3 stars

“The driveway and parking lot is full of potholes and in poor condition. The check-in clerk was rude and condescending, and that was after waiting for close to 15 minutes to get their attention, they were too busy goofing around in the back office. The carpets on the stairs, elevator, main hallways are old, falling apart, and stained; this is true for the guest rooms as well. The bathroom smelled musty and of urine. The floor tiles are cracked and missing grout. The furniture was scuffed up and even some of the dresser handles were broken or completely missing. The AC in the room was not working and ended up having to switch rooms. The new room had a working AC, but the bathroom was just as bad. The flush handle on the toilet was falling out. A lot of the channels on the small tv were static. The room was $284 (excluding taxes) for the night and the whole experience was extremely disappointing. It wasn’t worth the price! The only saving grace for this location was the wifi was decent, and the breakfast buffet had a lot options to choose from.” — Dave K., 2 stars

“This property is in bankruptcy and is being run by a strike team, therefore minimal property improvements are being done. It is still kept very clean, however there were torn curtains, missing dresser handles, and the parking lot is a mess with a lot of potholes. The dog fee, at 50 dollars per dog, per night, is quite high. The breakfast was good. The beds and room were very clean. I regretted spending as much as I did on this stay.” — petlove, 2 stars
