What Guests Are Saying
“Had a wonderful event last weekend. The staff was helpful in planning and during the event, people complemented the food, and all went very, very well. Thank you.” — Karen S., 5 stars
“I just got back from another comfortable stay at the Inn at Great Neck . I stayed 4 nights and was , once again, reminded why I always choose the Inn when coming to town. The room was comfortable…from the bed to the pillows to the spacious bathroom and strong hot shower /bathtub combo. big TV and free breakfast on weekdays…coffee in lobby every morning, bottled water in room every day, working fridge, friendly front desk personnel and clean rooms maintained daily by excellent housekeeping staff. The negatives are my safe was broken ( although I did not really need it so it was fine) and the room was rather dark although I had requested a bright room on a high floor, but they did have a large group of wedding guests and were fully booked. The rooms are showing some wear and could use some freshening up…but everything is functional. I had requested a front facing room but received a side facing one..,.which was ok but not my favorite. still, all in all , I feel like the Inn gets it mostly right and for the price you can’t do better if you are staying in the area.” — clarissa N., 4 stars
“mostly salons and variety foods in this area. Bravo Pizza across the street was pretty good but a large pizza with 2 toppings $37..the room.. sheets had a big stain on them front and center. train goes by all night right outside the window. heat was way too hot with no way to adjust it. We set to a/c then were comfortable. We elevator got stuck twice, one time with ten people on board. pushed alarms with no response. door finally opened on its own after a few minutes of panic. stairs did not lead to lobby. lights were off in the stairwell..exits into garage. Cars are valet only. Anyway, we slept fairly good despite the issues. Breakfast was decent. Potatoes and bacon were crispy, eggs weren’t dry. The staff was friendly.” — Renee D., 4 stars

"From the moment I arrived, I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel. The property is beautifully designed inside and out, creating an inviting atmosphere that immediately sets the tone for an exceptional stay. The cleanliness was outstanding, and every area I encountered—from the lobby to the breakfast space—was impeccably maintained. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable. Everyone I interacted with was warm, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk team made check-in smooth and welcoming, and the young lady managing the breakfast area went above and beyond to keep everything spotless and well-stocked while greeting guests with a smile. Their dedication to service elevated the entire visit. The hotel’s amenities were an unexpected delight. Having a sushi bar and a full lounge on-site added an exciting and upscale touch, making it easy to relax and enjoy the evening without ever leaving the property, Please let your staff know that I truly appreciate their hospitality and kindness LOVE THIS PLACE LITERALLY 🔥 🔥 🔥"

I ended up here after a canceled flight, so the soft bed was especially appreciated. It’s only about a half hour from the airport, which was convenient. The breakfast buffet wasn’t amazing, but honestly, what hotel breakfast is? Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay."

They were easy to work with and responded quickly every time I needed to check on the reservations. Everyone commented on how nice the hotel was. Then, we scheduled a brunch with them and again, planning was straightforward and easy. The brunch was delicious and nicely presented. At the last minute, we decided on a cocktail party in the bar area. I worked with Erin Denicola and she was fabulous. She arranged for 3 beautiful platters and I gave each guest a bracelet. The bar staff was also wonderful. Erin was a joy to work with. She's extremely responsive and was on top of every aspect of the 3 things we had going on at the hotel. She upgraded our room to a suite which we really appreciated. I really never worried about anything, because I knew Erin and the staff at the hotel would come through for me. Last, I have to give a shout out to the valet as well. They even put our car top roof carrier on the car, since our hands were full."
