“Our family of four stayed at The Mansion at Glen Cove over 4th of July weekend and we absolutely loved every minute. From the moment I called to confirm details, Nicole went above and beyond—friendly, helpful, and incredibly thoughtful. She even upgraded our room to make sure we’d be more comfortable. That level of care really set the tone. When we arrived, everything was smooth. Parking was easy, and the bellhop warmly welcomed us and helped with our bags all the way to the room. The mansion has the elegance and history of the Gold Coast, but with an upscale, modern vibe that reminded us of Gurney’s. The grounds are stunning. The landscaping, fountains, and elegant architecture make it feel like you’ve stepped into a Great Gatsby dream—definitely Instagram-worthy. The pool area was a highlight: elegant loungers, stylish tables, and excellent poolside service. Ordering food was easy and fast. The shrimp cocktail and crab salad were delicious and beautifully presented. The drink menu was also a hit. Our room was clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—we all slept like babies. In the morning, we were surprised by how generous the complimentary breakfast was: eggs, smoked salmon, bagels, oatmeal, and more. A perfect way to start the day. We caught fireworks nearby at Morgan Park Beach (highly recommend if you’re visiting over the holiday), and the next day we used the hotel’s beach pass for a gorgeous nearby beach. It was peaceful, clean, and great for kids. Bonus: the hotel has a well-stocked food machine in the lobby with healthy snacks like yogurt, and we had no trouble ordering DoorDash when we wanted something different. “Great venue for a corporate retreat. Food was amazing, and staff really went out of their way to make sure the group was very well taken care of. Recommend this to anyone with an event to host. Felt like we had the mansion to ourselves even though there were other guests outside our party there. The speakeasy pub was a surprisingly large space for evening events.
