““WOW! What a MAGNIFICENT, Magical resort this is! We Highly recommend it. Room was clean, large & stately. Restaurant food & cocktails were delicious. Our fire alarm started beeping one night and Jason, who was wonderful, kind & courteous was at our room in 10 seconds flat & resolved the situation. We were offered an upgrade in our room by Jehan, the manager, a bottle of bubbly from Kristin, the assistant manager, it was then hand delivered to our room, with a friendly smile, by Christina the concierge. “At the end of January, 2026, My wife and I got away for a quick one night stay in the finger Lakes. Our stay at The Geneva on the Lake Hotel was wonderful. The room was exceptional as was the atmosphere in the bar. Breakfast the next morning was also very good. We will definitely stay here when the next opportunity presents itself. “Definitely an older place, but very quaint. We spent the weekend there with a 4 hour driven wine, beer, and cider excursion. Our lady Joan who drove us,as well as took care of our reservation, was personable and fun. Restaurant had good food, we only ate breakfast once, choices were limited, but excellent. View on Google"When we arrived, somebody greeted us outside and held the door open for us to check in. Our suite was on the ground floor and we could walk right in like it was an apartment. It had a full kitchen, a living room, and a bedroom and a bathroom all separate. High cathedral ceilings and amazing furnishings and artwork. The best part was the grounds outside where we could wander around in a garden like environment through hedge mazes and sit on chairs at the top of the hill and look out at the lake. We walk down the path across the railroad tracks to their own boat house, which was closed for the season, but we did yoga on the dock and watched the rowing crew go by."

View on Google"Our group of 9 people enjoyed the Sparkling High Tea today. We have experienced high tea several times in other locations and this one has moved into our number one slot. The tea was excellent, loose leaf in individual tea pots, a nice variety of herbal and caffeinated blends. The selection of tea sandwiches, scones, savory and sweet was excellent, served on three tiered platters. They even provided some gluten free options, as we requested. The addition of a sparkling wine (wonderful non-alcoholic option too) was an added bonus. First time for us. We very much enjoyed our high tea and we will remember this one for many years."
