What Guests Are Saying

“I have just come back from 10 days in NYC. This hotel was perfect for me as I wanted to explore all five boroughs whilst enjoying excellent food in the “real” New York China town. Subway gets u into town in only 30 minutes and with the $35 unlimited journeys pass, great value too. The hotel I found exceeded what I paid for it. Bear in mind if you what double the luxury you’ll pay double the price! Room recently renovated and was great! Breakfast was good too, every morning I had coffee, orange juice, apple juice, two hard boiled eggs, two bananas, two Danish, croissant, fried rice, scrambled eggs and four beef patties, stuffed! Yes they use paper plates and plastic cutlery, so what? Staff very pleasant and accommodated all my needs. Yes they hold $100 deposit, standard for NYC, you get it back so no problem. So ignore the bad reviews, this is a great little hotel in a great area. I will be back!” — Herbert474, 5 stars

"After a long and exhausting travel day, this stay was exactly what we needed. My wife and I were on standby for a flight, but a storm caused widespread cancellations and left us stuck at the airport for about six hours, attempting multiple flights with no success. Completely drained, we booked a room here around 5 PM. Chris and Jimmy at the front desk were fantastic. They checked us in quickly and painlessly, and we were in our room within minutes (with a quick detour for local food recommendations). The room had just been cleaned and, while very fresh, had a strong cleaning-product smell. My wife is extremely sensitive to odors and began feeling nauseous. When we mentioned it to the front desk, Chris and Jimmy immediately took our concern seriously, apologized, and moved us to another room on a different floor—upgrading us to a slightly larger unit without hesitation. Even though we were only staying a few hours (we had a 3:30 AM departure), the gesture meant a lot after such a rough day. Both rooms were spacious, thoughtfully designed, and appeared recently renovated. We truly appreciated the comfort and care shown by the staff. We would absolutely stay here again if visiting Flushing, NY. A great team and a genuinely kind way to end a tough travel day."

"I had a wonderful experience at the front desk thanks to Sherman and Aaron. They were incredibly friendly, patient, and professional throughout my stay. They helped me with everything I needed, answered all my questions, and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Their warm attitude truly made me feel welcome. Thank you, Sherman and Aaron, for the excellent service — you both made my stay even better!"

"ok, you have to adjust your expectations, this isn't the Hilton Bomonti in Istanbul, it's a Ramada hotel in the Chinese part of Flushing. Yes, the area surrounding the hotel appears to be similar to the hotel arrival scene in 'Coming to America", but the hotel is safe, clean, and good for a night's sleep. It caters to Chinese but still accessible for all. The room was spacious, with a loud ac/heat unit that served as brown noise to block out any external sounds (fyi you are directly on the flight line into LGA), towels were fluffy and the sheets not stained. found a couple of hairs on the towels but I'm a guy so it didn't bother me. They don't give you the slipper kits any more, which is a shame. Shower was hot and strong, also the clear shampoo also works as a body wash fyi, so you don't have to manage with that sad little Dove bar. Breakfast downstairs Asian focused, they had the congee with toppings which was very good. you can leave your luggage with them to explore or go over to JMart before your flight. Front desk in the morning friendly, late night crew probably a bit shell-shocked, obvious with the locked doors at night and double checking before letting anyone in. I can only imagine what they've seen. Overall a good stay, would come here again, just need to buckle down on cleaning better."
