What Guests Are Saying
“The hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are well-sized and comfortable. The staff was amazing. I have stayed at multiple good hotels in Syracuse but the Sleep Inn may have topped them all. The employees and attention to detail were top-notch.” — MikeUOlathe_KS, 5 stars
“Great breakfast, very clean room and common areas, gym with elliptical, treadmill, bike and weights, wonderful front desk experience. Lots of breakfast options.” — TedB, 5 stars
“Bed bugs in room 311. I had to leave the room early in the morning. The front desk was not friendly and they sent in an unlicensed pest inspector. They did not handle it well, so just beware.” — Kat D, 1 star

What guests are saying about Sleep Inn & Suites Airport.
"You can really tell that the staff takes pride in what they do. They are so friendly and down to earth and the rooms and property are always spotless. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms/bathroom are really spacious (much bigger than other Sleep Inn locations I’ve been to). They offer a shuttle to the airport, which I didn’t use this time but have on past stays. You can also pay to leave your car there while you are on vacation, and save a lot of money compared to airport parking. Even though it’s a little out of the way for where we are usually going in Syracuse, we often stay here instead of another hotel just because it is so consistent and a great value for the money. Hoping on one of our future stays it will be on a day other than Sunday, so I can try out the restaurant/bar on site."

View on Google"I booked a last minute stay for 1 night. I needed the shuttle from the airport that night and to the airport the next morning. Staff was tracking my flight to make sure I got there safely and made sure accommodate if there was a delay. Even offered to go back to the airport if I didn’t make the scheduled pick up time. Next morning I woke up to my flight being canceled. I was to fly on standby. I had nothing with me as I was only doing a turn around trip after dropping my daughter off to her dad. I was alone and I am visually impaired and legally blind. I mentioned that I wasn’t going to have anything or any way to get anywhere if I didn’t get on the flight as standby. The owner (I assume because he used the phrase my hotel) was driving me to the airport and told me to call him or the hotel if I didn’t make it on the flight and we would figure it out. Said he only lived 5 minutes away if it was needed. The owner and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and felt safe being that I was alone. I will definitely stay there again, as we are in NY from CA at least twice a year. Definitely recommend"
