What Guests Are Saying
“We just got back, spent a week visiting Corning and surrounding area using this hotel as our base. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is spotless! Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping great and responsive if you need anything. Our room was awesome, spacious, clean, very comfortable bed, plenty of towels, good hot water pressure. Great location for the Glass Museum and easy walk over the pedestrian bridge to downtown for restaurants and shopping. Easy drive to other attractions like Watkins Glen and other towns and of course the wineries. Also easy walk to Wegmans if you need any groceries, fridge and microwave in room so that’s nice too. Ample free parking included in your room. So all in all why stay anywhere else?! This will be our home base on any future trips to this area. Only one small suggestion, add a couple more hooks in the bathroom for towels especially the hand towel and I like to hang my shower cap up to dry. Otherwise carry on!” — Tina H., 5 stars
“We stayed over Memorial Day weekend the place didn’t feel over crowded but it was definitely busy. The hotel is super clean and very inviting with many areas to sit and relax. The food is good, nothing over the top but flavorful and dependable. There’s a small pool that will keep kids busy for an hour or so and a decent size and well equipped fitness center. Jenny at the front desk was the best part of our experience! She is the sweetest and most knowledgeable person I have ever met. She told us all about the surrounding area what we can do places to take the kids to keep them busy while we had down time. I don’t think our stay would have been this enjoyable without her. Thank you, Jenny for such an amazing stay we hope our paths cross again one day!” — Shannon C., 5 stars
“Honestly, very very few hotels are as impeccably run as this gem. It’s not just that the place is spotlessly clean. It’s that everything works, and everything is updated. From the strong showerhead and water pressure to the modern gym equipment to the lightning-fast TVs, nothing is outdated or tattered or dirty. The staff are all exceptionally dignified, pleasant and knowledgeable. And the location is literally perfect—right beside Corning HQ, and a short charming walk across a scenic bridge to an excellent Wegmans supermarket. If I had to choose one word to describe this property, it would be PROFESSIONAL. 10/10” — Len G., 5 stars

What guests are saying about Hilton Garden Inn Corning Downtown.
"We had a great time at this hotel. It's very clean and well appointed, and the staff is friendly. We use the Hilton app and so were able to check in and check out without having to stop at the front desk. We stayed in a suite which was perfect for myself and my 19 year old; I had the separate bedroom and they used the sofa bed. There are two big screen TVs and two bathrooms, so we had plenty of space. Best of all, this hotel is perfectly located only blocks away from the Corning Museum of Glass as well as multiple good restaurants, and a short drive or walk from the Gaffer District with cute shops and even more restaurants. There is a restaurant within the hotel as well but we didn't try it out. It was very quiet even though we were there in the weekend, so we slept really well. We'd definitely stay here again."

Restaurant in house though it can be busy on holidays and weekends when hours are limited in the rest of downtown. Lobby is very nice and offers free coffee and water. Probably the nicest and most central hotel in Corning!"

View on Google"We stayed at this hotel in Corning for two nights and overall had a good experience. The location is nice and quiet, close to office buildings and the Corning Glass Museum. The hotel has a small indoor pool and a tiny fitness center, which are nice to have. The only downside was the bathroom — the door doesn’t really close properly, so there’s not much privacy. The shower curtain also didn’t work well, and water ended up all over the floor — we had to use several towels to soak it up. The water pressure could be better too."
