What Guests Are Saying
“My mom and I had a great stay and really appreciated everything the hosts offer guests. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was nice that there were snacks, beverages, travel size hygiene items, games and menus to local restaurants. There was a very nice outdoor area too. Definitely will stay again when in the area. We’ve been telling everyone about our great stay. We went to Watkins Glen which was a beautiful hike alongside many waterfalls that we highly recommend.” — Nicole D., 5 stars
“This B&B was perfect. It’s very Victorian, the rooms had everything you could possibly need, the strawberry cookies and blueberry scones were amazing. Now for the breakfasts, OMG!! We enjoyed every bite of the eggs Benedict, sweet melons, quiche, French toast, lemon pancakes, and so much more! So delicious! Nate is the reason why I need bigger pants!! He’s a wonderful chef! My husband and I would definitely recommend Sutherland!! 💜” — Kathy M., 5 stars

What guests are saying about Sutherland House Victorian Bed & Breakfast.
"Wonderfully restored Victorian house sitting less than a mile from the downtown. Our room was very nice with a roomy bathroom with jet tub and shower. The breakfast was three courses and was expertly prepared and served. Different each morning. Staff was great. We enjoyed our two nite stay and would stay there again if we are near Canandaigua again. Great value for your money."
