“Booked this as a married get away for a few days. We have had lunch here and the food was amazing. When we arrived, everyone was so pleasant and helpful. We had a drink then went into the hot spa. How enjoyable…was a first for us. So different than hot tub. Nice and toasty warm sitting outside looking at the sky. What an amazing experience. The room was lovely and comfortable. “What a gorgeous hotel!! The decor is stunning; the room is super comfortable and clean. The staff was always kind and helpful. I have to mention the outdoor hot spring pool is truly lovely to just sit in and relax. They have complimentary water bottles and a relaxation area pool side. “Stayed for 3 nights .What a fabulous hotel matched with wonderful staff and a great location , would highly recommend you wont be disappointed . "My wife and I love this place. Its a bit pricey(for Buffalo), but maybe the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in. Hot springs are great in the winter! Splurge for the spa tub in the room, you won't be disappointed."

View on Google"Absolutely loved everything about this property! The staff was friendly and helpful. Great revolving bar 🍸 Salt water indoor to outdoor hot springs (amazing to sit in when it's snowing outside) Nice little fitness center with top of the line equipment, elliptical and treadmill have TV screens. They have a spa area. Rooms are amazing with the top of the line everything from the control panels on the walls to the toilet. I can't say enough good things about this property, you won't want to leave."

View on Google"We had lunch it was the BOGO decided to try revolving bar. I made reservation which was super easy. Our waitress was adorable. Food was great. I had beet salad w chicken fiancee had turkey club. Its a beautiful hotel. Even though the bar was not revolving our food and service was excellent. Would definitely return"
