What Guests Are Saying

“Just finishing up a two week stay at this property and could not have been more pleased. EVERY member of the staff has been friendly, courteous and helpful in any way they could be. This starts at the top with the General Manager Troy who went above and beyond helping us solve problems entirely of our own making. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the property is conveniently located. The free breakfast is excellent. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.” — Rick H., 5 stars

“Great location, walking distance to the arena. bars, and restaurants. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Our room was on the 5th floor, very quiet, our room had a windown that opened.. that was cool! Breakfast was delicious and check out was a breeze! I Highly recommend this place.” — Russ O., 5 stars

“I ran the Buffalo Marathon, and my husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. While the building is older, the hotel is comfortable, and the staff is helpful. The location is incredibly convenient for exploring Buffalo and for access to the marathon events. They also have a bonus parrot in the lobby!” — Rebecca B., 5 stars

"This is one of the best run hotels I've ever stayed in. All staff were extremely friendly and gave us great local recommendations for food. The room was spotless, with everything in top condition and comfortable. As an extra treat, Simba the lovely grey parrot greeted us in the lobby as well."
