"5 Stars! My partner and I had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay at Akwaaba. Randy was such a wonderful inn keeper, her energy was so infectious, grounding, and made us feel so welcome. It was such a treat to have a delicious breakfast with the other guests. The space? Oh my goodness, from the common areas to the rooms it is so well designed. It is in a super accessible neighborhood for both public transit or if you are driving. We wish we had stayed longer! It will definitely be the place we return to whenever we are back in Brooklyn and we hope to check out their other locations. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you!!"

I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great relaxing get away. I'm most impressed by how my food allergy was accommodated. Breakfast was delicious and the company friendly and engaging."

Randy, the Innkeeper, was extremely accommodating and prepared our meals with total tender, loving care. It was as if her heart was committed to her efforts being labors of love and not merely good customer service. I am looking forward to experiencing each of the themed rooms and eventually, all of the other properties."
