“Came in was greeted/helped by Jocelyn. She helped me with my stay multiple times and made sure we were comfortable 10/10 service. The room I was initially in was good until I turned on the hot tub. Not the hotel’s fault but the previous person had put flowers and they got sucked into the jets. Y’all please don’t put boring in the hot tubs they don’t work or clean like regular tubs. When I told Jocelyn she apologized and changed my room then later checked on me to see if my new room had an issues. The new room was great had no issues. There’s a basic coffee machine in the room and snack but a full coffee machine with more options in the lobby and snack for purchase.
