What Guests Are Saying

“We had a great stay at The Springside Inn in Auburn, NY. It’s a beautiful, historic, family-owned property with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The inn has a rustic charm and plenty of character, and the service was excellent—friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The grounds are lovely and well-kept, with nice areas to walk and relax. The owners really went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable, responding to our questions with care and helping us feel right at home. It’s clear that a lot of thought and heart goes into running this place, and it really shows. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and unique place to stay in the Finger Lakes area.” — Nicola P., 5 stars

“Not only is this a beautiful and historic inn with incredible grounds in an idyllic, nearly lake-side setting, the owners are as friendly, kind, and helpful as you could possibly imagine. I did not fully read the instructions for check-in, they are a bit different, considering this is a owner-run business, but Beth was particularly understanding and helpful while I was a bit of an anxious mess. Sean welcomed us warmly, helped us to our room, and spoked to us at length about the town and gave us some recommendations for dinner. On top of all of that, the town of Auburn is so wonderful, it honestly made my husband and I have a “daydream conversation” about moving there. If we ever make it back to this area, we will definitely be staying here again.” — Angleique J., 5 stars

“Charming and quaint, and most importantly, a good night’s rest. We stayed in suit 23 for one night while driving through. This was a Sunday night, and there were only a few other guests there. Our room was so spacious and comfortable. It was very quiet! We really felt like we were the only people there. Location is close to a lot of restaurants in Auburn, and it’s also very close to a park with public access to the lake. We also drove by several wineries nearby. The only room for improvement would be the breakfast. It consisted of some grocery store bagels, cereal, and oatmeal packets.” — Beachlover0985, 5 stars

"My husband and I needed an affordable place for a night after our time at the Mirbeau Spa. This Inn was about 15mins away with flexible check in time. The bed was comfy, there was a jacuzzi bath, and everything was beautiful. It seemed like a small town local place to stay and we loved the peace and quiet we found here. They upgraded our room and provided a simple breakfast where we were also greeted and ate by a fireplace. We enjoyed bagels, pastries, coffee, and orange juice. We liked they had an atm there too. It is a beautiful place for events and we definitely will come back when we are out this way again."

"My wife and I had our wedding there in October. It was everything we couldve asked for and more. Chris and her team went above and beyond to make our day special and we really felt the love. The food was incredible and we are still getting compliments about it to this day. Try the late night slider option, they are a massive hit! The rooms are all also incredible and very inviting. I strongly recommend having your special event at Springside, you will not be disappointed!"
