"Loved the facility and the property — everything was so clean, peaceful, and well cared for. The staff were genuinely kind and went above and beyond to help me check in early, even on a Sunday, which I really appreciated. It’s definitely a family-friendly resort with lots of families and kids around — I was probably the only single person there! Still, it was such a relaxing and positive experience overall. There is a higher parking fee and a few timeshare-related charges to be aware of, but the quality of the stay made it worthwhile. Would absolutely come back again! 🌺✨"

Staff were lovely particularly at the towel hut (even if she likes the 49ers) Discount card from the hotel concierge saved on groceries and snorkel gear. Overall a great stay."

View on Google"Overall, we had a very pleasant 6 day, 5 night stay. We got a targeted timeshare offer for roughly $800 for the entire stay, not including parking fees. We were placed in a studio suite which had a jacuzzi tub and balcony with ocean view. Each room comes with a washer/dryer, mini kitchen, dishwasher, and fridge. On the property, there is a small convenience store, as well as a gym (with steam room & sauna) and restaurant. The grounds were well maintained, with several swimming pools throughout. There is even a quiet pool where you are supposed to keep the volume down. Our timeshare presentation was actually the most pleasant one we’ve ever experienced. Not pushy, very respectful. We were out within an hour! There was a noticeable clientele at this location. It’s quite far from many things to do. If I were to come back, I’d probably prefer to stay on the south side where it’s a little more diverse and a lot more shops to choose from. For the property in general, I have the following recommendations for improvement: -BIDETS -2-ply toilet paper (we got 1-ply 😫) -Enforce noise level at the quiet pool. I tried to nap, and there were so many people chatting and coughing that I could not fall asleep, even with my noise canceling headphones in. -Did I mention bidets? How are we in 2025 and hotels don’t have bidets as standard features yet? The first hotel chain that has bidets as standard will have my business for life."
