"I had an incredible stay, and I honestly have to say that Koali is the reason everything was absolutely perfect. From the very first moment, he went above and beyond in every possible way to make sure I was taken care of. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail are on a completely different level. Koali didn’t just “do his job” — he truly made me feel welcomed, respected, and valued as a guest. Any request I had was handled quickly, smoothly, and with genuine care. He made everything easy, stress-free, and enjoyable. It is rare to meet someone who puts this much pride and heart into their work. Because of him, my stay was not just good — it was memorable. "Great location! Ala Moana Center is right there so you're close to high and medium end shopping stores and restaurants are all in walking distance. Outstanding Korean Food truck across the street... ate dinner there 5 times out of the 10 days stayed. The staff there are all fantastic. Staying here is well worth the money. I used the spa twice for massages... outstanding. Ask for Masuki for purely professional massage. She knows what she's doing. There's also a Starbucks in the lobby and then a coffee/snack shop next to the spa... great coffee and sandwiches. Also on the 3rd floor is the nicely setup pool. On the top floor is the Signature steak restaurant."

"All in all, our week-long stay at Ala Moana Honolulu was very nice. Apart from prices in Hawaii being VERY expensive, and parking at the hotel per night being super expensive, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was good sized and had a nice small fridge for drinks. We also had a small microwave. We found an off-site parking that was just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The valet staff were always very helpful and friendly. The beds were nice and the view, while not an ocean front view, was nice, with the hills in the background. The only things we felt would have made the stay even better would be for a better in-room coffee AND a breakfast included with the stay. Other than that, we had a great stay. All the staff were friendly and helpful."
