What Guests Are Saying
“We love staying at the Victorian House. It’s so beautiful and a you walk into the main house you’re surrounded with Victorian decor. During the holidays, they beautifully decorate and makes the house look spectacular. The staff are absolutely amazing and welcoming. You will definitely enjoy their breakfast. Fresh ingredients and they all of you have food allergies and the presentation of your breakfast they present what it is and inside. It’s very light, tasteful, flavorful and a picture prefect. The juice is delicious, I’ll leave the surprise for that, trust me it’s so tasty. The also offer fresh coffee, hot water for tea, freshly baked cookies everyday. And they offer complimentary water, sodas. Now the rooms, well each room comes different. The ones we have stayed in is Wedgewood and Patricia, which comes with jacuzzi and balcony. But all rooms are gorgeous. The location is literally a 2 minute walk max to downtown. From George Street, takes about 5 minute walk if that. We will continue to stay at the Victorian House as long as there is availability because this is our FAVORITE B&B in St. Augustine. I’m giving them 👍👍👍👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our 1st and 2nd time we stayed was for NIGHT OF LIGHTS & this recent was for FOURTH OF JULY AND 250TH BIRTHDAY” — JEANNYNE, 5 stars
“Our stay at the Victorian Bed & Breakfast was wonderful from start to finish. The location was incredibly convenient — nestled within the heart of historic St. Augustine while remaining peaceful and away from the noisiest streets. The atmosphere was elegant and refined, and the enchanting music immediately caught our attention the moment we stepped through the front door. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and inviting, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Breakfast was truly a highlight of our stay. Each morning we were greeted with a different gourmet European-inspired delight, and every meal was thoughtfully prepared. We also appreciated the afternoon tea and coffee service, which came with a delicious cookie — a lovely touch that made us feel especially welcome. The vintage furnishings and amenities added to the charm of the property and were exceptionally well maintained. I would happily recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone visiting St. Augustine, and I would love to stay here again on a future trip.” — Iryna V., 5 stars
“The room was lovely. There were just a couple of issues. We stayed in the Wedgwood room. The TV on the wall is behind the bathroom door so you have to keep the bathroom door closed to use the TV. When getting ready I like to keep the door open for air flow. The bathroom needs a hook or towel ring for the hand towel to be hung. There aren’t enough outlets in the room. Understandable that it’s an older home but they could put a couple of power strips so there would be more outlet capacity in case someone had a CPAP machine or travelled with a small fan and also to charge their phone by the bed. Also, a mirror outside the bathroom would be nice for ladies to use for makeup and hair outside the bathroom. The staff and location are wonderful. The lady who prepares breakfast is so sweet and she’s an amazing cook. Breakfast each day was fabulous!! We will definitely stay there again. They just need to add those few amenities in the room.” — JAMIE B., 5 stars

What guests are saying about Victorian House Bed & Breakfast.
"We stayed here 3-nights earlier this week (Tuesday-Friday). Our room was clean, cute, lots of old charm with modern convenience (Keurig, microwave, wet bar), conveniently located to the trolly, lots of nearby shopping, and the morning 2-course breakfast was always so tasty and delicious. I would recommend! If I was asked for any improvements it would be more outlets as we all have so many things which need to charge nowadays… But honestly it really helped with a better nights sleep that I didn’t have my phone next to the bed so it was more of a positive…"

View on Google"The husband and I picked this beautiful B&B for our recent anniversary celebration, and it was absolutely perfect. From the moment we walked in, the staff was amazing and so very attentive. We arrived a little before our room was ready, which was fine. We knew we were early, but the staff walked to our car to help bring our luggage in the lobby until our room was available while we parked or we could wait in the sitting area of the main house and enjoy fresh baked cookies and coffee. We stayed in the Aviles room, which is in the carriage house. The room was gorgeous, as you can tell from the pictures. We were merely steps from historical downtown, so we were able to walk everywhere. We enjoyed the 2 course breakfast each morning, and it was delicious. The staff went above and behind to make sure we were happy and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend it, and we will be making a return stay."
