About The Hotel

La Fiesta Ocean Inn & Suites is a 4-star oceanfront inn at 810 A1A Beach Blvd on Anastasia Island - the sole oceanfront property in the St. Augustine hot-tub-search set. Rated 4.3 across 1,186 reviews with 4.4 cleanliness, 4.6 location, 4.2 rooms, 4.5 service, 4.3 sleep quality, 4.2 value. Amenities include free parking, heated pool, direct St. Augustine Beach access, free breakfast delivered to the room, fitness center, mini-golf and children’s television networks. Recent 5-star returning guests cite ‘beautifully manicured grounds,’ ‘walk to the beach is beautiful,’ garden-view room 117, breakfast delivered to the room and ‘cozy and welcoming’ second-year-in-a-row loyalty (‘It’s our second year here and we loved our garden view room 117’). A 5-star ‘The VERY Best’ guest calls it ‘the ONLY place to stay in St Augustine’ and reports a 3-day return trip. Candid 4-star flag: ‘the room was standard. It could’ve been deep cleaned, the bathroom window seal had mold and the AC had some mold. But overall…’ No in-room jacuzzi confirmation in current TA reviews or amenity list - a pool-and-beach property, not an in-room-tub property. Best for value-first families wanting direct St. Augustine Beach oceanfront with heated pool and delivered breakfast.

What Guests Are Saying

“I stayed in a 2-level townhouse type unit with two balconies and a great view of the ocean from the upper level. Although the rooms are a bit dated—molded plastic shower surround & thick plastic countertops in bathrooms—the room was Clean and had no odor. Bed was comfortable, well-appointed and the place was quiet. The breakfast delivered to the door at a requested time was delicious and adequate for me—egg & sausage biscuit, freshly baked muffin, yogurt, juice. I was pleased with shower temperature and pressure, plenty of towels & robes. While I did not use the pool, it looked inviting. Front desk staff was helpful in pointing out walkable restaurants. The gardens and grounds were beautiful. Beach access easy. I would highly recommend this resort, especially the townhouse suites.” — SAVisitor, 5 stars

“Loved every minute of our stay at La Fiesta Ocean Inn. The pool is beautiful and the short stroll to the beach is beautiful. The grounds are immaculate and the gardener does an excellent job. The private access to the beach is great from a romantic night out on the beach listening to the waves & relaxing. Shanon & Laura were both very friendly when we checked in and out. The lobby coffee is excellent. The pool was so relaxing and I was able to read 2 novels in 5 days. Nights were nice & quite and we slept sound and comfortable. My only complaint is that we had to leave but we’ll definitely be back.” — suespagnuolo, 5 stars

“We love La Fiesta Ocean Inn. It’s our second year here and we loved our garden view room 117. The grounds are beautifully manicured. The walk to the beach is beautiful. Loved watching the sunrises. Everyone who works here is so nice and helpful. Absolutely love the pool. I love that I can walk out our door for a morning walk. There’s a nice wide sidewalk and plenty of walkers every more so I felt completely safe. The breakfast is delicious and our room was very nice. Parking always available right outside our room. I highly recommend staying here.” — suespagnuolo, 5 stars

"Stayed there 2 nights and loved it! The hotel is definitely "Old Florida" but exquisitely renovated and immaculately clean. Free breakfast is delivered to your room. Easy access to the beach and the staff couldn't be friendlier. A couple suggestions I have for the room I stayed in: 1) a lamp on both sides of the bed 2) more phone charging stations. I would definitely stay there again."

"I highly recommend this hotel if you are spending your time in st augustine. It is very convenient and clean and it is about 25 mins from the historical district. Breakfast was included but not really great choices and was brought to your room every morning. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again"

"This was a spur of the moment trip and we had a mix up in our reservation as they own 2 properties but we really enjoyed our overnight stay here. We had a king room with a balcony and ocean view. It was decorated well and was clean. It was very roomy with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was hot and brought to our room. Everything we had was really good - sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit; muffin; and scone. We were initially unsure but pleasantly surprised with our stay here."
