"I have stayed here twice and both times have been very pleasant for me. The locations, views and staff are all amazing.. and for the rare times I actually do visit Miami, I feel right at home. My favorite part has to be the pool.. I’ve never felt so EPIC swimming inside a pool with the skyline around me. Definitely not the perfect hotel… but one of the best. Thanks guys"

A special shout-out to the valet team—they’re always welcoming, no matter the time of day, and provide excellent service. But there are a few easy things it could do to move to 5 stars: better lighting in the rooms, tvs allowing connection to streaming services, a pot to make hot water, a mini-fridge for storing drinks and whatnot. Bed was comfortable. Water is a good temperature. Heating/Aircon system works great. nice balconies. Pool. Rooms have umbrellas"
