“Our stay at the JW Marriott Marquis Miami was absolutely amazing and the perfect touch of luxury before our cruise. The hotel offered the ideal balance of comfort, elegance, and relaxation. Our room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep before setting sail for our cruise. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Valerie (I think was her name) went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of, and because of her outstanding hospitality, this will now be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Miami. Roosalyne at the front desk was also so kind, personable, and genuinely helpful whenever I had questions. The meal we enjoyed was outstanding, and the gym and sauna were exactly what we needed to unwind and recharge. From the accommodations to the service and amenities, every part of our stay exceeded our expectations. “My wife and I arrived at the beautiful JW Marquis in Miami prior to a cruise on the Regent Mariner. Checking in was seamless. We reached out to the concierge, Andres Meneses, for dining ideas as well as “must see” attractions. He was a wealth of thoughtful ideas. We arrived with some pre-arranged dining options, only to find out I made the reservation at a wrong location. Andres, with his extensive network, magically changed them to the local location and the preferred time. Further, he provided logical and realistic order of events to maximize our limited time on our pre-extension. This is why a travel professional is so helpful…..I wish I had reached out to him BEFORE we left. I’d suggest that anyone reading this review reach out to him before your stay at the JW so you can enjoy a thoughtful and scripted experience upon arrival.
