What Guests Are Saying
“I was incredibly impressed by the East building’s 1 br/2 ba residential unit in Brickell that I rented on Expedia. I needed it after traveling under hellish July 4 weekend conditions — I was exhausted and needed rest. This spot offered it to me — 4 star hotel accommodations — and it did not break the bank for me either. Price was reasonable, the security was tight, unit was completely brand new and fully modernized, lighting was automated, housekeeping was on point, and building was QUIET. Even the room service meals were excellent. Outplayed the W and many other top shelf hotels in Brickell. Will definitely be staying there again!” — Brandon G., 5 stars
“What an excellent hotel !!! Stayed here with my sister for 5 nights for July 4th weekend and absolutely amazing !!!! Excellent customer service and my god the views from here to downtown Miami are incredible. We stayed in room 3221 and was obsessed with the views from the balcony. The room was perfect only thing I wish it had was a microwave but aside from that this hotel room was perfect !!! Loved having breakfast everyday at Quinto, a special shoutout to Elizabeth who works at Quinto she was excellent!!! Also loved that the hotel was connected to Brickell City Center. Thank you East Miami for treating us so good !!!” — BKH1991, 5 stars
“Great hotel. Very central to transport and shopping centre. Lovely room. Not sure if I was just lucky but for such a busy location the room was quiet. Would stay here again. Loved the filtered water tap in room. Only negatives - breakfast was nice but expensive. Room quite dark and no Tea in room (they have coffee machine). Lovely pool area.” — Denise, 5 stars

"We enjoyed our 7 day stay at the residence. 2b2b with washer & dryer. 5th floor pool and garden are perfect for my lap swim and the baby outdoor walk. We like the swing which my baby enjoyed a lot. Thanks Euvel for helping out with our luggage. Really hospitable crew!"

An initially disappointing experience was completely turned around by Georgios Atzemouglou. His professionalism, empathy, and decisive leadership made a meaningful difference and restored our confidence in the brand. This level of service recovery and accountability deserves genuine recognition."

View on Google"Just want to start off by saying Suzanne at the front desk was amazing during check-in! We had a smaller room and needed to upgrade, and she went above and beyond to help us along with the wonderful front manager (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch). There were just a few things I wish this hotel had: • Better lighting in the rooms — it’s pretty tough for getting ready. • A food menu available at the pool area before 12 PM — especially challenging with hungry kids in the morning. • More direct sun at the pool — the surrounding tall buildings keep it shaded most of the day, so don’t expect much sunbathing. • The elevator system, while great for security, was a bit inconvenient. Traveling with a large group for a wedding, we had to meet in the lobby each time just to access each other’s floors. • The rooms aren’t very soundproof — we were on the 9th floor in the residential suites and could still hear traffic outside, and even got a complaint when our kids were just being kids (not excessively loud). On a positive note, I love that there are no carpets in the rooms — it feels much cleaner. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we had one of the best nights’ sleep. Overall, It was a positive experience."
