"This is place is very close to many interesting things. You can easily walk to Mallory square and some good places to eat. Our rooms are gorgeous. We came with seven people and got five rooms and all of them are lovely. The suite I got is just great. Pretty, balcony, lots of natural light. The staff here was so helpful from day one and very very kind. They quickly solved problems. They accepted a small delivery for me and we're very kind. Everything was clean and the pool is great. It's secluded and clean. Every local I spoke to suggested this place and I agree. Glad I listened to them."

View on Google"Here’s a thoughtful, balanced review for the Pier House Spa: ⸻ We visited the Pier House Spa with a group of 10 girls celebrating our 40th birthdays, and the deep tissue massage was truly one of the best I’ve ever had. The therapists were incredible — attentive, skilled, and made the entire treatment feel personalized and restorative. Everyone in our group raved about how amazing they felt afterward. The only downside was that we weren’t able to enjoy the hotel pool after our services. For the price and size of our group booking, we were hoping for a longer, more relaxed experience where we could lounge, chat, and make an afternoon of it. That said, the massages themselves were phenomenal, and the spa team did a wonderful job. If you’re looking for an exceptional treatment, this is the place."

View on Google"Stayed a couple of nights in room 182. This location is in the elevator area just off the hotel lobby. Other guests coming and going were very loud! Please remind your guests that these rooms exist because not everyone gets up early on vacation!! Also, the room itself needed some renovation. The shower mixing valve cover spins and the soffit overhang in the sitting area outside looked like it would cave in. The repair work has been mediocre at best in many spots. Otherwise the staff is wonderful, the food very good, and the location is why we are paying the price. Location location location but…. Please keep this a 4-5 star hotel. Our next trip I’ll pick something off the first floor for noise reduction."
