"This hotel was nothing short of amazing. From the time we pulled up, the staff was so accommodating and friendly. Valet parking and the bell men were great. The location could not be better. The room was clean and spacious. This end of duval street has everything you could possibly need. No reason to ever need your car once your arrive. The sunset is perfect from the pool area. We didn’t try to restaurant on site or the spa due to our stay being short but the food smelled amazing. I would absolutely stay again. If you want to rent bikes or jet skis, the rental area is right next to this hotel also."

"We've stayed here before, came back. Lots of construction, appreciate the effort to update. They changed swimming pool. Removed hot tub (which we liked) and made pool bigger. Room service was great! Tin roof restaurant is very good! Great location to see a sunset!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Key Resort & Spa. While there was some construction during our visit, the staff more than made up for it with outstanding service throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to an ocean view suite, and it truly elevated the experience. Having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea and the pool was absolutely amazing—one of those moments that makes a trip memorable. In-room dining was good, though we would have loved a dumbwaiter or better heat retention to keep the food warmer upon arrival. That said, the quality and service were solid. The housekeeping staff did a great job, and the in-room amenities were excellent, well thought out, and comfortable. All in all, despite minor construction inconveniences, this is well worth a visit. Great location, great people, and a resort that delivers a relaxing Key West experience."
