What Guests Are Saying
“We had our wedding at the Coconut Palm Inn in January 2026, and renting out the entire venue was hands down the best decision we made. From the very beginning, Carin was fantastic—responsive, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. We even had to change our date, and she handled it seamlessly without any issues. One of the things we loved most was being able to host everything in one place. We held our rehearsal on Friday and all of our wedding events on Saturday, which made the entire weekend feel relaxed and cohesive. Our friends and family also loved staying onsite—it made everything so much easier logistically and allowed everyone to truly enjoy the experience together. The layout of the property created such a beautiful flow for the day. We had our cocktail hour and rehearsal on the north beach, the ceremony and reception on the south beach, and dinner in a separate area of the south beach. Even though everything was in one location, each part of the celebration felt unique and special. Tracy was also amazing throughout the entire process. When some of our family members got stuck in Florida due to snowstorms up north, the team went above and beyond to accommodate them—helping extend their stays and ensuring everyone was comfortable. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Coconut Palm Inn for a wedding or special event. We have also been there several times on our own prior to having our wedding there and have always had an amazing exerperince!” — Lauren M., 5 stars
“We stayed at Coconut Palm Inn once before we hosted our wedding in April 2026. Both stays were amazing. The location is perfect- tucked away like a “hidden gem” should be, but close enough to all the of the action that the Upper Keys offer. They have all different sized rooms to fit your needs and they are very clean! Choosing to have our wedding Coconut Palm Inn was the best decision we made! We had the property to ourselves with our families and close friends- it felt like a weekend family reunion. We were able to host three events on-site which made coordinating with vendors very simple and super convenient for us and our guests. The property itself is amazing; the grounds are immaculate, the space is large enough to spread out and do your own thing, but small enough to feel “intimate”. Our guests took full advantage of the many amenities that CPI offers. The staff at CPI are all incredible- especially Carin, Tracey and Veronica!! From the initial inquiry all the way to our last event, the communication was great. Everyone was so helpful and willing to help wherever they could. When planning with our other vendors was less than ideal, Carin stepped up and helped me out tremendously. Her experience with weddings & planning is invaluable!! She was able to calm my nerves and assured me everything would go seamlessly- and it did! I would 1000% recommend Coconut Palm Inn to anyone considering them to host their wedding or for a relaxing stay in the Upper Keys!!” — Michelle M., 5 stars
“We finally made it bank to CPI after a few years away, and this time with our 3 year old twins and 5 year old, to celebrate the 10th anniversary of our wedding, which was also at CPI in 2016. We stayed in the Coconut Palm Suite, which was perfect for our family of 5. The 5 year old stayed in the small back bedroom with a full bed and the twins each slept in a crib set up on either side of the king bed in the main room. The full kitchen allowed us to make breakfast for the kids every morning while we got to enjoy the amazing muffins that got delivered to our door. The room was spotless as always and housekeeping was kind enough to clean rooms in the morning while we were out so that they didn’t disturb the kids naptime. The grounds remain as perfect as they were 10 years ago, with the space and activities to allow the kids to roam around and keep them occupied while we relaxed by the pool or at the beach. And somehow, the sunsets on the bay keep getting better. But what truly makes this quaint little Inn on the bay our home away from home is Tracey and her team. They make you feel like family, helped with all recommendations, and even found us a local guide to take us out for a short sunset cruise that the kids loved. I would give this place 6 stars if I could” — Anthony S., 5 stars

View on Google"This is truly a hidden gem. When we pulled up we had a little trouble finding the office and from the front, we were like is this it? But when we found the office around the back experienced the views and then saw our room, we were very pleased. They think of everything here. We had unexpected muffins and apples each morning for breakfast, coffee available outside our room or in the room. The pool and grounds are absolutely beautiful and kept so clean. We would love to make back here again one day."
