The restaurant, food and staff were all amazing.’ A 5-star business guest wrote ‘This hotel was a great place to have a business meeting and stay two nights while in Jacksonville. What Guests Are Saying

“The Hotel Indigo at Deerwood Park is my home away from home. I travel here at least monthly for business. The staff here treats me like family and the setting of the hotel is beautiful. It’s on a dead-end in Tapestry Park, overlooking a beautiful pond. They have a great little bar/restaurant where I at least have a drink every time I come. They have a new chef that whips up some fantastic food including some fried chicken that tastes like Mom cooked it. Also, many other more sophisticated dishes, salads, etc. The location is convenient… just 5 minutes away from Town Center with all it’s shopping and restaurants but not right in the middle of all the associated congestion, noise and traffic. They also have a sweet little pool and hot tub combo that are in a nicely landscaped and very private area. Try them if you have a chance!” — Lisa R., 5 stars

“This hotel was a great place to have a business meeting and stay two nights while in Jacksonville. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff was great. Business conference room was exactly what we needed. Had breakfast at the hotel at 98 Forty East Bar & Bistro which is fine. Dinner at nearby III Folks was amazing. Drinks and pizza at Bottlenoose Brewing was great as well. Recommended hotel if in the Deerwood Park area.” — Peter F., 5 stars

“I enjoyed my stay with Indigo Jacksonville. When I arrived my card was waiting for me at check in. The staff was more than courteous. The bed was comfortable and bathroom spacious. When I checked out, I unfortunately forgot my clothes hanging up in the closet and I called and they sent them immediately. Within two days they arrived and I really appreciate it. Thank you staff. I will be back to stay with you again.” — Kenz, 5 stars

"I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo Jacksonville-Deerwood Park and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The location is excellent—nestled in the charming Tapestry Park area with a beautiful lakeside boardwalk, plenty of nearby shops, restaurants, and easy access to St. Johns Town Center and the beaches. What really stood out was the food at 98 Forty East Bar & Bistro. The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared—everything from breakfast to dinner was delicious, with great locally inspired options. Dining on the lakefront patio added to the wonderful atmosphere. The customer service was top-notch; the staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From check-in to the restaurant team, everyone was fantastic. Highly recommend this boutique gem—I’ll definitely be back!"

"My stay was wonderful. I have to recognize one person. That's ELENA!!!!! She was great!!! I love her positive demeanor, respectful, friendly and went above and beyond her normal duties to make sure I was fully satisfied. Thank you Elena for everything you did for me. The day I checked out I forgot a sentimental value item, I called right away and she held it for safekeeping. I couldn't return to the hotel but she held on to it until a family member was able to pick it up. Small gestures like this goes a lo g way and she made me feel like I was part of her family. Thank you ELENA. Pros: Elena is the best!!!!, Great service, rooms, cleanliness, location and bathroom. Cons: TV only allowed regular channels. Boring. Allow streaming applications. Food and alcoholic drinks."
