What Guests Are Saying
“We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express while visiting the Mayo Clinic, and overall it was a great experience. The location is extremely convenient for patients, sitting in a safe and quiet shopping area with a Publix, Ruby Tuesday, and other stores nearby. Everything felt easy, accessible, and very practical for a medical trip. The hotel itself is beautiful with palm trees and a relaxing Florida feel. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with great beds, good lighting in the bathroom, strong water pressure, and a nice seating area with a table and large TV. Parking was easy and free right in front of the hotel, which made coming and going simple. We especially enjoyed the pool area, which is clean and peaceful with part shade and part sun, plus a nice view of the golf course behind the hotel. Breakfast was also a highlight—fresh, tasty, and well-stocked, with options like egg fold-overs, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereal, and a great coffee machine. The breakfast attendant was incredibly kind and kept everything running smoothly. The shuttle service to Mayo Clinic was very convenient, and the driver was extremely warm and helpful. Staff overall were a mix—one daytime front desk attendant wasn’t very friendly, but the evening staff was kind and welcoming. We also liked the small snack area in the lobby for quick treats. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Mayo Clinic. It’s clean, comfortable, safe, and very well located for anyone needing easy access to the hospital.” — YellowChair617, 5 stars
“We have stayed here a few times and each time the experience was excellent. The facility is kept clean and the rooms are like new and fresh. No corners are cut in cleaning the rooms. The staff have been so polite and accommodating and friendly. On this stay Brian was the representative and he was beyond kind. I observed him with multiple guests and his demeanor never wavered - always positive. I hope IHG appreciates how he represents their brand. This facility has quite a few Mayo Clinic patients who, at times, may be experiencing difficult health issues. It’s very significant that these employees are so kind to their guests. I would recommend this location over any in the area.” — ljbaughman, 5 stars
“It’s a small thing. I went for an early morning walk and dropped my hat in a stairwell on return. By the time I realized itvwas missing the stairs were cleared. Checked at the front desk, no joy. I stopped in at the laundry just in case. The maintenance manager was present, said he’d found it AND the laundry had washed and dried it! I love this hat and have had it for 15 years at least. I so very much appreciate the care the staff took with a random found object. Kudos to the entire staff.” — Doug F., 5 stars

"I recently stayed here for several nights while my husband had an extended stay at Mayo Clinic following a procedure. Every single one of the hotel personnel that I encountered were courteous, professional, and accommodating. I had several last minute changes and requests and they graciously handled them all with a smile. The room was extremely clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable as well. I had a great nights sleep every night. The location is convenient to food, grocery, pharmacy, hospital, and pretty much anything else you want to find. They truly are in the hospitality business here!"

Always has a huge smile on her face and a warm greeting coming through the doors. She is the reason my husband I will always choose this location to stay at."
