“The reservation process over the phone directly with the hotel was a pleasurable experience. When I walked in O was greeted by YOLANDA and she is TOP NOTCH. Please meet her if you can. The room was extremely clean, very well equipped and stocked full of k-cups which I needed the caffeine boost! Breakfast in the morning was tasty and I was immediately greeted by staff. “It started with my mistake in reservations. KEHRY WAS explaining to me what happened and I was frustrated and angry. MIA stepped in and straightened everything out. At 82 I can confuse situations and MIA made us feel so taken care of. KEHRY followed her lead and we could not ask for more friendly professional care than we received from them. View on Google"Close to the airport and the staff is great. Many restaurants and shops in walking distance. The shuttle runs conveniently and will even take you within 5 miles of the hotel, however it is off season which might be why, but it sure doesn't hurt to ask."
