"We stayed here for a work retreat and we really liked the hotel. The rooms were nice and mostly spacious, except for the bathroom. The conference rooms are nice and spacious but the best part about the hotel is the staff. The staff helping with the food in the conference rooms & the housekeeping staff were all outstanding and very helpful. I would highly recommend it for work functions and also for personal travel. I also really liked the Cider in the lobby and the food in the restaurant was great!"

"Where to begin with Mia and The Darcy staff. Our wedding weekend went off without a hitch, and having our reception at the Darcy Hotel was the best decision we could have made. Being DC locals, we wanted something elegant, yet timeless in our city for 50 people. The Ellington and Bader Ginsburg rooms made that vision come to life. Mia was responsive to each and every email, accommodating us for walk throughs and tastings. When we checked in for the wedding weekend, the entire hotel staff was attentive, especially the valet and door men (thank you Desu!) and made the execution of the weekend flawless. All of our guests were more than pleased with their stay, and many raved about the hors d'oeuvres and entrees at our reception (the sea bass was out of this world!) If you need any events in the Washington, DC area, Mia Thoreson and The Darcy should be at the top of your list. We look forward to coming back on our one year anniversary!"
