What Guests Are Saying
“Hotel super well located near the major sites for sightseeing. The room was super big (two adults with two big kids) very classy and clean. Large bed with a living area and a sofa bed. Large gym available and pool. Breakfast included with the room and very high quality. Restaurant for dinner very nice too and high quality. Staff kind and very attentive. Public parking in the same building and inexpensive (for the city 😉), about $45 for two days versus double with the valet option. We recommend it!” — alexnico, 5 stars
“Pretty much perfect. Great location, rooms are modern, bathrooms nice too. Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast with made to order omelettes. Evening reception is great and was busy every night. Staff are super friendly and helpful. My minor complaint is a small pool so we didn’t use it and the slightly expensive parking. I used Spot Hero and found a garage with in/out parking about a 7-8min walk away, Would definitely stay again.” — ThisGuyLovesTravel, 5 stars
“Despite reading multiple negative reviews for this property, I booked anyway because of the location and amenities. We had connecting rooms that were very spacious and comfortable. The front desk was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. The morning breakfast buffet was plentiful and the omelette chef and assistants run a smooth and speedy service. We have zero complaints and would visit again without hesitation!!!” — Kelly S., 5 stars

What guests are saying about Embassy Suites By Hilton Washington DC.
"This hotel is ideally situated in the center of town offering easy walks or quick Uber rides to all the locations you want to see. Most of the staff was professional and friendly. The cooks at breakfast need to work on customer service skills. On one occasion, observed a line cook yelling at a person because he stepped out of line waiting for his breakfast while on another situation, observed a cook playing with his cell phone trying to video himself which messed up the orders. The valet were top notch! While the hotel does have a full bar, the drinks are expensive and not well made. I ordered an old fashion which cost over 20.00 and would have been off buying a pre-made one at a liquor store. The room was great offering space. The hotel has established quiet hours which was great. The front staff is knowledgeable about the surrounding area and willing to offer helpful suggestions. Only issue i had with the room, especially considering the cost, was the bathroom. It was a little dirty from lack of a "total cleaning" with apparently water damage on the door and wall around the shower head. Despite these minor things, the hotel stay was excellent."

View on Google"I loved this hotel. The location is excellent and close to the White House, Congress, and museums. The breakfast is perfect, with various options including fresh omelets made to order. They also offer two complimentary drinks during happy hour—a perk I've never seen at another hotel. My family and I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it."

View on Google"Great hotel. They work hard to please. We asked for extra blankets and pillows and they were prompt. The complimentary breakfast is outstanding. You’ve got choices from omelets that are made to order, to sausages/bacon, eggs, potatoes, yogurt, waffles, toast. The dining area gets crowded, but most folks have somewhere to go so you can generally find a place to sit. I ordered dinner one evening and was happy with the range of items. It’s not too far from the metro, so you can walk to the metro to move around DC. The staff wants you to enjoy your stay."
