“The PERFECT hotel for a PERFECT family vacation! I don’t think we could have had a better experience than at the Grand Hyatt Washington. From the second we got to the hotel to the very end it was wonderful! The hotel is pristine; the staff is BEYOND helpful and friendly! I didn’t get to meet her, but I got to speak to Gloria at the front desk is she was wonderful and extremely helpful! The wonderful lady at the lounge was so welcoming, helpful and treated my daughter like a princess! And the FOOD! SO GOOD! The concierge, door staff, front desk, Cabinet staff. So great! And the lobby is BEAUTIFUL! And…there is a Stabucks inside! I hope to go to DC again soon and I will be staying at the Grand Hyatt!” — Excursion28074290391, 5 stars
“I could not have been more pleased with my stay here. My room was very tastefully appointed; stylish decor and furniture, minimalist yet utilitarian. The lighting and ease of access to switches with dimmers made it easy to set the ambience. Outlets and USB ports (both types) were in very practical places. The bathroom was simply designed with the right layout. The shower stall with the sliding glass doors was modern and functional. There is a clear emphasis on cleanliness. Staff service was also impressive. I would highly recommend this hotel.” — M R., 5 stars

What guests are saying about Grand Hyatt Washington.
"We stayed at the Grand Hyatt and we enjoyed having good service and proximity to all the tourist attractions. The front-desk staff accommodated our numerous requests and gave us the attention we needed for our busy schedule. We think they did a great job and they made being a member of Hyatt worthwhile. Thank you guys. The location of the hotel was excellent and getting to any of our many stops was easy to plan for and even easier to get to. There is access to all the transportation you can ask for, all the restaurants we wanted were nearby, and easy for us to find friendly faces at the game or at the bar."

View on Google"Overall a wonderful hotel. The lack of drawers was surprising and we pretty much had to live out of the closet and suit cases but that really was the only setback. Everything else was top notch. Loved the staff they were so helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable and made ya wanna stay longer. (Might be a set back for some ambitious people). Overall a wonderful experience and 2 blocks from everything."

View on Google"Fantastic hotel, especially for folks with lounge/club access. I just completed a 3 night stay and have already booked future work travel here. The lounge has fantastic food for both breakfast and dinner (yes, enough to make a nearly full dinner) and dessert in particular. I haven't ever had a better cheesecake than their mango cheesecake squares. Great service all around, especially the lounge staff. The rooms are nice, comfortable, and I appreciated the Nespresso machine. The only downside is their HVAC - like many hotels, it seems like the thermostat lies to you. Despite setting to 65 at night (the lowest it would go), it would never get below 67, too hot for me to have a great night's sleep. Even so, that's par for the course at hotels these days."
