What Guests Are Saying

“As a party of 28 we stayed at this amazing hotel for a week, check in was fast, the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming & made our stay perfect, we couldn’t fault them. Our rooms were clean & very comfortable with fantastic views, the bathroom was spacious with a rain shower nd bath. Clean towels were daily & the laundry service which was a must for our uniforms was affordable with same day service. We had breakfast each morning in the restaurant & most days an evening meal followed by drinks from the bar, all the staff here were lovely nd got to know us, we had guitarists with us and the staff had no objection to us having an Irish session 🇮🇪💚🇺🇲 We absolutely can’t wait to see u all again next year guys, You all went above nd beyond for us Irish Veterans” — Culture32412985585, 5 stars

“I stayed at the Westin Wilmington as I was visiting some friends. I did not know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeting by very genuine friendly faces. I was checked in and, in my room, very quickly. I am a Bonvoy Elite Member r, and I was recognized and offered all my level Benefits. The restaurant River Rock Kitchen really stood out. The food was fantastic and the staff so eager to serve. I had dinner and breakfast, and the food was fresh, hot, and tasty. All in all, I had a very enjoyable stay.” — cruisejp, 5 stars

“From first contact through checkout, this is one of my top Westin experiences. I’m a lifetime platinum and Titanium Bonvoy member. We shared that we were staying with our adult daughter on Thanksgiving and requested Roll away bed. Karimah upgraded us to a suite. The team ensured that the room away was in the room when we arrived. Upon arrival at 1130 PM, the staff was full of positive energy to make us feel welcome. At breakfast the next morning, Amanda was outstanding. We’ll definitely be back!” — GrowMyRevenue, 5 stars

"Stayed here as it was close to my wedding venue. We also had our rehearsal dinner here. Janet, Kelcy and Stephanie were the absolute best people to work with. They assisted with the room block, tours and 5000 questions. These ladies were always smiling and made us feel special. I appreciate them all. We booked a suite for the bridal suite. This was more than sufficient for day of wedding to get ready. We had two makeup artists s hairdresser and 9 other girls in the room. Bathroom features a tub and shower as well as double sinks. We used a large conference area for the welcome party and rehearsal dinner. Food was phenomenal"

"What stood out the most during my stay was the service — everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly and attentive. The room felt welcoming, with soft lighting and a very comfortable bed. Housekeeping did a great job each day, and I loved the little touches like bottled water and a handwritten welcome card. It’s the kind of hotel where you feel taken care of without any pressure. Highly recommended for anyone who values comfort and good hospitality."
