What Guests Are Saying
“Our suite was great. (One thing…wish there had been a directory booklet showing location of pool, TV channels, area restaurants, etc, but we managed fine without it.) Breakfast area was very well-stocked and had many choices. Staff was pleasant…always saying hello. Jamar at the front desk was super-nice and we had a pleasant conversation with him. The location is very good for shopping and dining and seeing some interesting things. We have stayed here once before and would happily stay again.” — Patricia C., 5 stars
“A great hotel for the price! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, & nice complimentary breakfast each morning. Join their points program for more savings. Centrally located to dozens of restaurants and a casino. We choose this hotel each time we pass through visiting family in Virginia.” — Diane N., 5 stars
“I have stayed at this hotel 4 times this year due to business travel. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well kept. The breakfast has many choices and the cook is always very friendly even early in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel.” — K310pi0n1on, 5 stars

View on Google"This is my second time staying here. The people at the front desk are always very helpful and friendly. The rooms I have gotten have been clean. Being able to have a hot breakfast in the morning is a definite plus. I just wish full service cleanings didn't have to be requested but i do know that most hotels do that now. One more thing that would look into is to have the cleaning staff or someone to clean the "Staff Only" at the front desk. Since it is customer facing i would suggest that they NEVER have it looking as dirty as it does."

View on Google"This was our first time staying at this hotel. We were visiting for a Wedding. The Front Desk Attendant, Megan, was very nice! Professional, helpful, courteous. It was such a delightful experience with her. I felt bad she was working by herself though, during check in hours? It appeared that the overnight, and day shift each had 2 employees working. Which doesn't make much sense as to why mid-shift, which is when people are checking in, would only have one employee working? Seems a little backwards to me. Megan had a line out the door at one point. It was really ashame. But she handled it well, and with a smile! Keep her please!!!! She is truly a gem! Her professionalism and customer service is top notch! As far as the rooms go, we smelled marijuana in the hallway. It was very strong. The room was a bit outdated, and the carpet was dirty and dingy. The "breathing" noise that another customer mentioned, was something that we to experienced in our room as well. It took some getting used to. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean, although shampoo was empty. Completely. So that tells me housekeeping must've skipped that step! But they too were very nice, professional and courteous ladies! Things happen we understand. Not a huge deal. But the rooms really do need an upgrade, or at least a refresh. U cant crack the windows to get fresh air, so that kinda stinks. All in all, not a terrible stay. Ps. Please give Megan a raise! 😁 She deserves it! She is doing the work of about 3 people!"
