“This Comfort Inn is the halfway point for my sister and I to meet for a brief 2 or 3 day visit. This was the second time we have met at this Comfort Inn, a repeat stay because we felt the staff was so welcoming at the first one. We were sorry, but not surprised that El the front desk man two years ago was no longer there. However, Mr. Sam as my granddaughter now calls him was still working in house-keeping. He immediately recognized us, welcomed us and relayed that El was no longer there. He also quickly had a friend in granddaughter Scarlett. We felt as though we were welcomed home. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly, above and beyond what one usually expects. That will again be the location of the next sister family visit. Breakfasts have numerous selection which change daily. There is also a pick up and go choice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Front desk is was helpful with nearby restaurants. “First time staying at this hotel, as we usually had a pet with us, but not this time. Rooms were clean and spacious (2QN suite). Beds were comfy, but a little on the soft side. Nice breakfast area, with a variety of food. Staff was friendly, quick and efficient. The location was convenient to travellers, accesible from either I-81 or I-77. “Comfort suites in Wytheville VA. Has the best friendly staff that will do everything to meet your needs. The owner keeps updating and making this the place you should stay.
