What Guests Are Saying

“My husband and I stayed in Room 201 on Dec 26th, 2023. The room was clean, and comfortable. We had great water pressure in the shower. The complimentary breakfast was very nice. There were scrambled eggs, 2 different types of egg omelets to choose from, pancakes, toast, bagels, Hashbrowns 2 different types of sausage-links, patties. Cereal and Warm cinnamon rolls. The breakfast area was very clean and tidy. We checked in at 8:45 the night before, my husband said that the staff was very friendly. The hotel is right across the road from Applebees and Wendy’s. There are several other conveniences in close proximity, such as a Bojangles, Starbucks, Sheetz and Walmart. Overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel again! It had everything I needed while traveling.” — CGriffin, 5 stars

“Great stay here. Visiting SML and with such a beautiful day, the hospitality and breakfast was great. Such a good variety and the warm cinnamon rolls were amazing. The lady tending to the breakfast was precious. Sara at the front desk was friendly and even remembered my name. Now the bad….spa water was cold but Pool was warm. Train at 3:15 am right outside woke us up. Overall a great stay” — Georgetta W., 5 stars

“Nice hotel with a good well stocked breakfast. The rooms were a good size with couch and kitchenette. Good bathroom with a huge shower. We booked 2 rooms and were on different floors which was annoying (and hadn’t happened at any of the other 4 HIE we had stayed at on the trip) but not the end of the world and hadn’t been requested. One room had a slightly fusty smell but in 5 hotels, from the brand, on the trip that appears quite common. There are never opening windows so it’s not surprising.” — H.., 4 stars

"I had a wonderful stay, and I especially want to recognize Tyler for making it truly exceptional. He went out of his way to extend our stay and was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and kind throughout the entire process. The hotel itself was very clean, and it’s clear the staff takes great pride in maintaining the property. That said, Tyler truly made the stay feel homey and welcoming—the kind of hospitality that turns a nice hotel into a place you genuinely enjoy being. Thank you, Tyler, for your outstanding service and for making us feel so comfortable. We truly appreciated"

"This is the third time I have stayed at this location while in the area for work. Each time, the stay has been great, and each time, there have been little changes that make the next stay even better. This stay, there were Dove soap products in the bathroom that smelled great and helped my dry “travel skin”, little bullet ice cubes that felt like I was at a nice restaurant, and fancy electronic coffee machines that made it easy to get the cup of caffeine on board first thing in the morning. Highly recommend a stay here."

"The part of our stay that stands out most is the exceptionally friendly staff. The evening receptionist and the morning breakfast staff showed genuine Southern hospitality. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. we couldn't hear our neighbors. We didn't try the pool or fitness center, and used the breakfast seating area in the evening. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of breakfast offerings."
