What guests are saying about The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center:
"Everything is beautiful at the Hotel Roanoke. The food was great and staff was very friendly and helpful. My only issue was the bed: king size bed with 2 small pillows that completely flattened when I laid my head down. The bed gave me a backache. May I suggest bringing your own pillows and extra blankets."

They even upgraded me to a room with heated bathroom flooring for free which I now want for my house. The staff was nice and friendly. The building jas a lot of character being built in the 1800's. This is my 4th time staying here and I love it!"

View on Google"Hotel Roanoke is super nice aesthetically, pretty on the outside and inside, with clean well decorated rooms, however at the end of the day the experience is the same as any other nicer rated Hilton. Wasn’t particularly wowed by the service, as information given by the staff would be inconsistent when we inquired about parking, dining. We told them no need for the cleaners to come the first day, which they did anyway I wouldn’t mind this but they didn’t replace any of towels, just took anything hanging up including the robes, and made the bed, left the trash, which was a little unusual but not a huge deal as we only stayed 3 nights. Honestly the poor quality of the beds and pillows was the most disappointing part for the rate of the room. Also extremely thin walls, probably much worse as we were there right after Christmas during a busy season but be ready to hear walking above you and your neighbors snoozing their phone alarm."
