“I am Handicapped so traveling can be a trial. I asked for a Handicapped room for mobility, impaired people and they actually had a two queen beds room. Room was gigantic. Not sure if that’s cause it was. Handicapped had to be big enough for wheelchairs or was a standard room size. The only negative was that they put up the bath tub in her room for mobility impaired people. The only other room that had a roll in shower had only one bed. I have had the unfortunate experience of having my room given away on more than one occasion. I called both Marriott in the front desk to tell them not to give away my room. “My father was taken to Carillion Medical Center, which happens to be 2 hours away from my parents house. Instead of traveling back and forth each day we spent two nights at this hotel. the staff were nice and helpful. the room was clean, and the included breakfast was nice. “My first visit to Roanoke Virginia. SpringHill Suites was extremely helpful, to finding the trolley to visit downtown. The room was kept immaculate. Fresh towels, fresh bedding as scheduled.
