About The Hotel

The Hyatt House Richmond / Short Pump on West Broad Street directly across from Short Pump Town Center is Henrico’s single hot-tub-search-relevant hotel — an extended-stay Hyatt with fitness center, free breakfast, business center, conference facilities, convenience store and full-size in-room fridges for kitchenette-equipped stays. Subratings run 4.3–4.8 with location a standout 4.8 for the mall walking-distance setting. Recent reviews are mixed: many 5-star reports on cleanliness, quiet rooms and mall proximity, offset by 1- and 2-star flags on a/c performance, missing washcloths, elevator issues and motion-sensor thermostats that shut off after 15 minutes. Best for Innsbrook business travelers and extended-stay families at $111-$149 nightly.

"We stayed here and had to extend our stay last minute. They have been nothing short of accommodating and very nice. The breakfast is great. We do wish they had a pool but it isn't a huge deal. They clean rooms daily, always make sure we have towels and things we need. Truly a great experience. They are begining renovations this week. Even with the rooms beimg older, they are in excellent condition. Hyatt will now be the only brand we stay at. Marriott and Hilton have gone down hill."

"I had an excellent experience at Hyatt Hotels, and I want to specifically recognize Kalo for her outstanding service. I ran into an issue with a third-party booking company, and she handled the situation with absolute professionalism. She was calm, customer service focused, and resolved everything seamlessly. Her attention to detail and genuine care made my stay truly enjoyable. Thank you, Kalo, for going above and beyond. I greatly appreciated it."
