“This little gem is in a cute little town where the people are friendly and kind. We travel back and forth from NC to PA regularly. This is a great place to stop. The employees are amazing!!! They honestly care! Which is rare as I was in the Hilton biz for 15 yrs. Kevin is a fireball! Welcoming full of life and was cleaning when we arrived a week ago. Today he was greeting us for breakfast and check out - exhausted from the over night shift but still warm and charming. ( and still cleaning!) Brent sorry if I misspelled was in the breakfast area and helpful and cared about the hotel. Was also cleaning! ( where can I get me some guys to clean!!! lol. “Love staying at the Hampton Inn. It was convenient very customer, friendly and clean. My husband and I were stuck in traffic on I 81 and realized we were not gonna get home to North Carolina for over five hours. I to check availability. She was able to give me a great rate and I’m so glad I got to stay enjoy relaxing in the hot tuband pool. The breakfast was a nice short of items. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is planning a destination at Galax or just needto spend the night either way thank you again for making everything so pleasant sincerely the Dellingers” — binkey1664, 5 stars
“Our room was clean and neat. Staff very friendly and helpful. What stand out the most is the great variety of coffee creamers. We stay at a lot of Hilton properties but it is the small things like good coffee and creamers that make a difference. Will stay here again!” — ChesterTravelMom, 5 stars

"This was a stay on a short road trip south. Kara at check-in was awesome. She even found my missing ear bud piece and called the room so I could come back down to retrieve it. The room was spacious. It was an accessible room. Plenty of pillows. 4 adults in the room. The breakfast was an great spread for a continental breakfast. Nothing fancy or unique but lots of variety- hot and cold. I rushed the video but there was too much to capture in less then 30 seconds. I didn't catch the name of the nice lady restocking but she was very pleasant and did a great job. We were very pleased and would return."

View on Google"The location in Galax is great! Lots of shopping and restaurants close by.Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable ! Breakfast Bar is incredible !!!!!! Many amazing options from simple toast,Bagels, a variety of cereals, hot oatmeal, muffins,scones and fresh waffles to fresh biscuits eggs gravy and lovely rustic potatoes. Different coffees and juices including big containers with either lemon or orange water( fresh slices of fruit) and then there are these beautiful bananas with inspirational sentences written on every banana 💞💞💞💞Started my day in a positive way !!!! Amazing !!!!!!!🕊️💞❤️🎉"
