Best Western Windsor Inn & Suites

"Stayed here for a few nights and all employees were friendly and patient. This hotel is under renovation right now but still clean. I believe they are turning it into a Marriott. Overall, hotel is clean and the breakfast was also good. We had a good experience here even after the key cards stopped working several times although we didn’t have them near our cellphones, the front desk was friendly and accommodating. The first night there was a young man at the front desk who was very helpful and got us a lamp for one of the rooms that we were staying in. I’d stay here again just for the simple fact that employees are kind. Thank you Best Western!"

"My husband and I stayed here on July 11, 2025, while in town for the Jamey Johnson concert. Unlike other hotels with sky-high rates, Best Western Windsor Inn & Suites kept things reasonable, which made our trip possible. The room was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Breakfast the next morning was the highlight, thanks to Mark. He kept everything well-stocked and spotless, and even took time to chat with us. That personal touch turned a simple breakfast into one of the best parts of our stay. We’ll absolutely be back—and hopefully share another great conversation with Mark!"

"This was a very nice 2 star hotel. It doesn’t feel old and damp like the other hotels in the area. Everything was very clean. The shower pressure was good and the water temperature hot. The beds were a little springy but we slept fine. The mini fridge was large and the freezer actually froze our ice packs again. The lady who checked us in was a little rough but the guy at breakfast was super sweet, giving us water bottles for the race. Closest hotel to VIR. Will be back next year."
