“This hotel is about 200 years old. It’s been updated to modern standards, including being fully sprinklered. Cheap it isn’t, but the location is magnificent, being located smack in the middle of Middlebury. You can walk to so many things, but if you need to use your car, parking is ample at the hotel so you don’t worry about where to park when returning.” — drodabaugh, 5 stars

“We had a wonderful weekend with my family (me, my husband and my two parents) visiting my son at Middlebury. The ambience of the old Inn was great, along with the helpful/friendly staff, and the comfortable rooms. We also really enjoyed its closeness to town and to the college.
