“Wow! The name says it all - Manchester VIEW. The view was incredible. We only stayed one night, but I would have liked to have stayed a week. The sunrise over the mountains was incredible. This is a true gem! You can also purchase discounted entry tickets to Hildene from the front desk. The room was well appointed and very spacious with a small deck and two chairs and a stone wood burning fireplace. I’ll be back!” — Laura P., 5 stars
“We have stayed several times at the Manchester View and every visit has been fantastic. For our anniversary getaway, we strayed in the 1 bedroom suite and loved it! There was a spacious living area, a nice separate bedroom, a huge bathroom and a half bath and a deck with great views of the surrounding mountains.” — Ilikeredties, 5 stars

What guests are saying about The Manchester View.
"What an experience! We had the Green Mountain room with a fireplace and jet powered 2-person tub. The decor was lovely and befitting a Vermont getaway. Even the light fixture was cool with its little flying pigs . With its amenities, it felt like a spa getaway (including its enormous shower ) , but felt homey and down to earth. The office staff were courteous and efficient. I opted out of the free breakfast. They have fresh baked goods you must order ahead and commit to a pickup time. It felt a little fussy for us, but no points taken off. The experience, the room , the view, the quiet — that was everything."

— Robin Hadlock Seeley
View on Google"Several nights in the Robert Frost room were comfortable, with the fireplace available to warm the cool nights. Breakfast was very well managed for eat-in or take out; many options available including yogurt, various cereals, fresh fruit, besides the muffins, juice and breads to order."
