About The Hotel

From $251/night — a 4.2-star Marriott in transition. The Courtyard by Marriott Burlington Harbor offers select lake-view whirlpool rooms and is ideally located steps from Church Street Marketplace and the waterfront. Upgraded rooms are modern and spacious, with friendly front-desk service noted. However, this property is undergoing a major renovation as of 2026: expect daytime construction noise and a temporary lobby setup. Lake views can be tree-obscured. Best for travelers willing to tolerate disruption for waterfront proximity and a whirlpool tub.

What Guests Are Saying

“Excellent service and facilities and the on-site restaurant was outstanding! In addition, the hotel bar was as nice as you might find in a five star hotel, with a great bartender and beautiful setting. Best Marriott Courtyard experience I’ve had.” — Robert S., 5 stars

“We spent three nights here, and had a good experience overall. The first room we were put in had the machinery for the heating system located right besides the bedhead - which was quite noisy. They put us into another room for the remaining two nights, where the system was located in the opposite end of the room, and we slept well. The room was very spacious, and comfortable, and had a nice view over the park and lake beyond. The reception area was pleasant, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was an easy 5-10 min walk to the train station. Would stay here again.” — Jay_BKK, 4 stars

“We booked a “lake view” room with a whirlpool, expecting the beautiful, open view shown in the hotel’s website. Unfortunately, our view of the lake was mostly blocked by trees, which made it more of a partial or obscured lake view. The photo online gave a very different impression, so that was disappointing. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant. The room was spacious and spotless, the staff was welcoming and gracious, and the location was excellent. The hotel is within a 10 minute walk of all the restaurants you’d want to find.” — Whererugoing, 3 stars

"Another great stay at Courtyard by Marriott Burlington Harbor—quiet, clean, perfectly located, and staffed by genuinely wonderful people. This trip, we accidentally left behind a small bag. I called the front desk, and the manager immediately reached out to housekeeping. They found it right away and held onto it so a family member could pick it up the next day. I was so grateful for how smoothly and kindly everything was handled. I already loved this hotel for the convenient parking garage (which fits my big truck!), but now it’s absolutely my go-to in Burlington. Thank you for the exceptional service."
